How contract transport works at Waynak
No ad-hoc rides at fluctuating prices, but a fixed arrangement that holds for the full term. Three steps from request to first ride.

You describe your transport needs
Through the quote form or by email, you tell us the type of transport, how often rides take place and between which locations. A rough estimate is enough to get started.

We calculate a proposal
Within two working days you receive a proposal with per-kilometre and hourly rates, a waiting-time arrangement and invoicing terms. Everything is in writing, so you can review it internally.

Fixed driver, fixed schedule
Once agreed, we assign a regular driver to your organisation. Rides are confirmed the day before and monitored on the day. You receive one monthly invoice, itemised per ride.

All frequently asked questions →Can we start with a trial period?
Yes. Many organisations begin with a three-month agreement on a single route or department. After that we extend on the same terms or adjust the contract based on actual ride data.
Do you also drive at night and on weekends?
Yes. We are reachable 24 hours a day and drive outside office hours at the rate set out in your agreement. Night and weekend rides carry no separate surcharge unless agreed otherwise in advance.
How is a cancelled ride invoiced?
Rides cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are not charged. For same-day cancellations the arrangement in your contract applies; usually a fixed fee below the ride price.
