Airport transfers where the driver watches your flight, not the clock.
Flights rarely land exactly on time. That is why we schedule airport rides on the flight number, not the planned time. If you land an hour late, the driver is ready an hour later, without extra waiting charges.
Destinations and rates
From the 's-Hertogenbosch, Eindhoven and Tilburg region we drive daily to Schiphol, Eindhoven Airport, Düsseldorf and Brussels Zaventem. For these destinations we use a fixed rate per ride from your address, so you know exactly what an outbound or return trip costs. Other airports, such as Rotterdam The Hague, Weeze or Frankfurt, are available on request at a per-kilometre rate.
For organisations with regular air travel we include airport transfers in the framework agreement. Staff then book with their flight number and receive a confirmation with the pick-up time.
Meeting you at the airport
On arrival the driver waits in the arrivals hall with a clearly visible name board, or at an agreed spot at the kiss-and-ride if you prefer. Airport parking fees are included in the fixed rate.
For departures we plan the pick-up time around your preferred arrival time at the airport and expected traffic at that hour. For early morning flights we also drive at night.

Questions about airport transfers
What happens if my flight is cancelled?
Let us know as soon as you hear. A ride cancelled before the planned pick-up time because of a cancelled flight is not charged.
Can several colleagues travel together?
Yes. Our minibuses seat eight passengers with luggage. The fixed rate applies per vehicle, so sharing is considerably cheaper per person.
Do you also drive to airports not on the fixed list?
Yes, at a per-kilometre rate. For Frankfurt, Rotterdam or Weeze you receive a fixed price in advance based on the distance.
