Executive transport: a chauffeur who waits, so your day doesn't have to.
An executive's day rarely consists of a single ride. It is three meetings at three locations, a lunch that runs over and a discussion that finishes early. That is why our executive transport uses an hourly rate per half day or full day, with the chauffeur available for the entire period and the schedule free to change on the spot.
What a chauffeured day looks like
You provide the first pick-up time and a rough programme in advance. The chauffeur collects you, drives to the first appointment and waits on site or nearby. If the programme changes, you tell the chauffeur; nothing needs rebooking through a dispatch desk.
During the ride you can work or make calls undisturbed. Our chauffeurs keep conversation to a minimum unless you prefer otherwise, and treat everything they hear as confidential.
Rates and booking
For executive transport we use an hourly rate with a four-hour minimum, or a fixed day rate for periods over eight hours. Kilometres, waiting time, parking and tolls are included in the hourly rate; only foreign tolls and ferries are charged separately.
Organisations with a framework agreement book executive transport through their secretariat at the contract rate. For occasional use you receive a fixed price in advance based on the programme.

Questions about executive transport
Can the chauffeur also wait during an evening dinner?
Yes. The hourly rate continues while waiting; the chauffeur remains available until you indicate the day is over.
Do you also drive abroad?
Yes, to Belgium and Germany. For longer distances we discuss the schedule and any overnight stay for the chauffeur in advance.
Is the same chauffeur available for recurring days?
Within a framework agreement we assign a regular chauffeur to your leadership team, so preferences and routines are known.
