Municipalities purchase transport for very different groups: field staff, council members, visitors to municipal locations. Waynak offers one framework agreement under which this transport is carried out with the same terms, the same reporting and the same point of contact.
Which transport
Under a municipal framework agreement we provide transport for neighbourhood social teams and occasional transport for council members and officials. We also drive for municipal institutions such as a sheltered employment company or a cultural centre under the same terms.
We focus on municipalities and institutions for which personal contact and flexibility matter more than the volume of a large operator. In larger tenders we can act as a subcontractor or take on a single lot.
Reporting and accountability
Every month you receive, alongside the invoice, a report listing per ride the date, assignment, route, kilometres, punctuality and any irregularities. This report aligns with the indicators many municipalities use for contract management, such as percentage of rides on time and number of no-shows.
On request we supply the report as a spreadsheet, so your contract manager can process the data directly. Once a quarter we review the figures with you and adjust the schedule where needed.

Questions about municipal contract transport
Can you take part in a tender?
For single-source and multi-quote procedures, certainly. For European tenders with large volumes we prefer to work as a subcontractor to a main contractor or for a clearly defined lot.
How do you handle rate indexation?
Rates are fixed for the term. For multi-year agreements we include annual indexation according to the Dutch NEA index or another index used by the municipality.
Which insurance and permits do you hold?
We hold a taxi permit, business liability insurance and passenger insurance. Copies of policies and permits are supplied with the quote.
