Which rides
Corporate passenger transport usually involves recurring rides with a predictable pattern. Think of staff travelling daily from a railway station to a business park poorly served by public transport, a shuttle between two sites, or visitors collected from a hotel or airport on fixed days.
One-off group rides also fit within a contract: a team outing, a client visit with several people or transport around a trade fair. You book those rides at the rate already set out in your agreement.
How scheduling works
At the start we record the fixed ride schedule. Your contact person emails changes to it, up to the day before for regular rides. Ad-hoc rides within the contract can be requested up to a few hours in advance; we always confirm in writing with the driver's name and expected arrival time.
For organisations with many ad-hoc rides we set up a shared weekly overview, so reception or the secretariat sees at a glance what is scheduled.

Questions about corporate transport
Can employees book rides themselves?
Yes, if your organisation allows it. We work with a list of authorised requesters per contract. All rides appear on the same monthly invoice, broken down by requester or cost centre.
What if a ride takes longer because of traffic?
With a per-kilometre rate you pay the planned distance; traffic delays are at our expense. With an hourly rate we charge actual time, with a pre-agreed maximum per ride.
Can we change the ride schedule mid-term?
Yes. Structural changes are confirmed in writing as an addendum to the agreement; the rates stay the same.
