FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Below are the questions we hear most from procurement teams and planners. The answers describe our standard way of working; your agreement may contain different terms.

Rates and contract

Are the rates fixed?

Yes. Per-kilometre and hourly rates are agreed up front and hold for the full term of the agreement. Waiting time, tolls and parking are listed separately.

What is the notice period?

One month. For contracts with a fixed schedule, we align the end date with the end of a period.

Do we choose a per-kilometre or an hourly rate?

It depends on your ride profile. For fixed A-to-B routes a per-kilometre rate is usually cheaper. For rides with several stops or waiting time on site, such as executive transport, we more often use an hourly rate. The proposal shows both options.

Is there a minimum contract term?

No. We do recommend a three-month starting period, so that the first invoicing cycle and any schedule changes have run their course before you decide on an extension.

Scheduling and execution

How quickly can a ride be scheduled?

Within a running contract we schedule rides up to the day itself. Urgent rides outside office hours are possible; we are reachable 24 hours a day.

Do you drive outside North Brabant?

Yes. We drive throughout the Netherlands and to airports in Belgium and Germany. Our base is North Brabant.

What happens if the regular driver is ill?

Every organisation is assigned a designated stand-in alongside the regular driver. The stand-in knows the route and the arrangements, so a sick day makes no difference to your passengers.

How are rides confirmed?

The day before the ride, your contact person receives an email confirmation with time, pick-up address and the driver's name. For recurring rides we send a weekly overview.

Drivers

Are the drivers screened?

All drivers hold a taxi driver card and a recent certificate of conduct (VOG).

Invoicing and cancellation

What does the invoice look like?

You receive one invoice per month listing, per ride, the date, route, kilometres, any waiting time and the amount. On request we break it down by cost centre or department.

What does cancelling cost?

Rides cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are not charged. For cancellations within 24 hours the cancellation rate in your agreement applies.

Can we pay by invoice with payment terms?

Yes. Our standard payment term is 30 days. Municipalities and institutions working with purchase order numbers can have that number printed on the invoice.
