A taxi company with the agreements of a large operator.
Waynak is a taxi company based in North Brabant, driving throughout the Netherlands. We focus on transport that can be planned: daily rides for staff, scheduled airport transfers and transport for municipalities. We deliberately stay away from street hails and spontaneous app rides.
You know your driver and your driver knows the route. Agreements on times, rates and invoicing are set out in a single contract, so nothing needs arranging per ride. That is the core of how we work: the thinking is done once, up front, and then it simply runs.
We work on the basis of framework contracts with companies and municipalities. Invoicing is monthly, itemised per ride. Whoever calls us gets the owner on the line, not a dispatch department.

On time, every ride
Rides are confirmed the day before and monitored on the day itself. If something runs late, you hear it from us before you notice it yourself.
No surprises
Rates are part of the agreement and hold for its full term. Whatever is not in the contract, we do not charge.
One point of contact
Direct contact with the owner, not a call centre. Also outside office hours.
How we build a new agreement
A good contract prevents disputes afterwards. That is why we spend time up front on four things.

The ride profile
Which routes, how often, at what times and with how many passengers. From this follows whether a per-kilometre or an hourly rate works out better for you.

The exceptions
What happens on cancellation, or a delayed flight? We set this out explicitly, so nobody has to improvise on the spot.

The driver
We assign one regular driver and one designated stand-in. Both know the route and the arrangements before the first ride.

The administration
How would you like to receive and break down the monthly invoice? By cost centre or department: we set that up at the start.
Vehicles and drivers
We drive recent saloon cars and spacious minibuses suitable for one to eight passengers.
All our drivers hold the legally required taxi driver card and a recent certificate of conduct (VOG).

We build a proposal around your ride volume, locations and required response times. Usually within two working days.
