Who we are

Waynak V.O.F., based in North Brabant, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 42093888), is the controller for the processing of personal data described in this statement. Privacy questions can be sent to info@waynak.nl.

Which data we process

We only process data needed to quote, schedule, carry out and invoice transport.

• Client contact details: company name, contact person, email address and phone number.
• Ride details: pick-up and destination address, date and time, number of passengers and specifics you provide yourself.
• Passenger names where needed for execution.
• Invoicing details: address, purchase order number where applicable, and payment details.

What we use it for

The legal basis is the performance of our agreement with you, or our legitimate interest in responding to your request. Data from the quote form is used solely to prepare and follow up that quote. We do not send newsletters and do not sell data.

Retention periods

Quote requests that do not lead to an agreement are deleted after six months. Ride data and invoices are kept for seven years under Dutch tax retention rules. Client contact details are kept for the duration of the agreement and for a maximum of two years afterwards.

Sharing with third parties

We share data only with parties needed for execution: our drivers (name, address and time of the ride), our accountant and the provider of our email and scheduling software. Data processing agreements are in place with these parties. Data is not processed outside the European Economic Area.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. Only technically necessary data is processed to display the pages.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to restrict or object to processing. Requests can be submitted by email; we respond within four weeks. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
