What the proposal contains
- Per-kilometre and hourly rate, with a worked example based on your rides
- Arrangements for waiting time, cancellation and rides outside office hours
- Proposed invoicing format and breakdown
- Name of the intended regular driver and stand-in
- Start date and notice period
